Irradiance & Environmental Monitoring & Data Acquisition System
The system includes the following functions:
1)Monitor and collect backsheet temperatures of PV modules from no fewer than 30 locations;
2)Collect and aggregate electrical performance data of modules, as well as irradiance, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, atmospheric pressure, and rainfall data;
3)Equipped with solar tracking functionality and the ability to measure direct solar irradiance;
4)Capable of separately collecting total irradiance, direct irradiance, diffuse irradiance, and net irradiance data from both fixed-angle and horizontal surfaces. The system must include at least 20 radiation monitoring units, with no fewer than 10 units dedicated to fixed-angle irradiance monitoring;
5)Third-party accredited institutions must test, certify, and provide technical services for the data acquisition system;
Photovoltaic Array Testing System
The system includes the following functions:
1)Test photovoltaic arrays composed of PV modules under test, inverters, combiner boxes, primary system materials, and auxiliary components;
2)Test no fewer than 116 types of PV modules, including at least 156 third-party modules (from external partners) spanning at least 66 different models. The total number of tested modules must exceed 348;
3)Support multiple mounting configurations, including horizontal, tilted, vertical, horizontal single-axis tracking, tilted single-axis tracking, and dual-axis tracking.
Data Monitoring Platform System
The system includes the following functions:
1)Retrieve electrical performance data of PV arrays from data acquisition devices and securely store it on a cloud platform;
2) Collect and aggregate data for centralized display, including comprehensive statistical information of the demonstration base, power generation charts, meteorological data, and equipment status;
3)Enable string-level monitoring, inverter monitoring, and real-time alarm functionality;
4)Provide data management capabilities to generate statistical reports on demand;
5)Perform comparative analysis of the demonstration base’s operational status, including module power generation comparisons, operational performance analysis, and correlation analysis between solar resources and energy output;
Power Plant Assistant
