Millennial Stylus Profiler is an advanced micro-nano measurement instrument that adopts excellent instrument system structure and optimized measurement and data processing software to achieve reliable, efficient, simple and complete sample measurement. Compared with traditional surface topography measurement, the contact surface topography measurement adopted by Millennial Stylus Profiler is a breakthrough development. Film Roughness, Waviness - Efficient Measurement
In terms of measuring deposited films of perovskite solar cells, Millennial Stylus Profiler can quantify the roughness and waviness of the film through 2D/3D texture, and use software filtering in excellent data processing software to separate the measured values into roughness and waviness, thereby calculating more than 20 roughness parameters such as root mean square (RMS) roughness.

This equipment can measure multiple process layers in industrial production. Thin film stress in perovskite solar cells after film deposition, and sample warpage was accurately measured using a stress chuck sample support in a neutral position.
