The Millennial Poly5000 online film thickness tester utilizes industry-leading micro-nano film optical measurement technology, employing the principle of optical interference. By analyzing the spectrum formed by the interference of reflected light from the film surface and the film-substrate interface, it rapidly and continuously monitors the thickness and optical constants of various films on the “industrial production line,” providing fast and accurate measurements of film thickness and optical constants.

Uniform Light Intensity and Stable Spectrum
The Millennial Poly5000 in-line thin film thickness tester uses LED lights with an effective spectral range of 320 nm to 1100 nm, emitting continuous spectra that cover all light wavebands from ultraviolet to infrared. One machine covers the measurement range of multiple machines, ensuring the accuracy of test results.
Millisecond-Level Sampling Speed
The Millennial Poly5000 online film thickness tester is specifically designed and developed for photovoltaic application customers, with a spectral range of 320 to 1100 nm and a spot size of 70 μm, fully suitable for the testing environment and conditions of the photovoltaic industry.
Coupled with Millennial’s spectral fitting method, it ultimately fits to obtain film thickness and optical constants, achieving an ultra-wide measurement range of 20 nm to 2000 nm, with ultra-high repeatability accuracy of 0.5 nm.
