It accurately simulates a rapidly alternating environment of high and low temperatures to verify the performance, structural stability, and long-term durability of module products under extreme temperature conditions.

The MQT11 thermal cycle test is one of the core test items in the IEC 61215-2:2021 standard, aiming to evaluate the durability and reliability of photovoltaic modules in an environment with extreme temperature alternations. By simulating the high and low temperature cycle stress that the modules experience during long-term outdoor operation, it verifies their ability to resist thermal mismatch, material fatigue, delamination of the encapsulation layer, and degradation of electrical performance, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the modules in areas with drastic temperature differences (such as deserts, high altitudes, or polar regions).
