Mechanical load tester is specially designed according to IEC61215 standard 10.16 clause. It can manually adjust the front and back of the component, place sandbags on the surface of the component, so that the component surface force is uniform. During the process of applying pressure to the component surface, the internal conductivity can be monitored in real time. Suitable for 2500mm×1400mm crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and 1200mm×1600mm perovskite modules.
For static mechanical load, IEC61215 requires that it should reach at least 1.5 times the design load. By applying a certain load and measuring parameters such as the displacement and stress of the module, the maximum load - bearing capacity and deformation characteristics of the module can be determined. This is of great importance for the design and selection of photovoltaic modules suitable for specific application scenarios, ensuring that they can safely and reliably withstand external mechanical loads during actual operation.
