The Millennial Solar Cell Comprehensive Tensile Tester for Photovoltaic Solar Cells is mainly used for conducting precise mechanical tests such as tension, peeling, bending resistance, compression, and tearing on samples like solar photovoltaic modules and adhesive products.
The tester fully meets the testing requirements of the current mainstream 0BB, 28-busbar, 24-busbar, 22-busbar, 20-busbar, 16-busbar, 12-busbar, and 10-busbar solar cells in the market. It enables rapid data processing in multiple intervals and segments. At the same time, it is also compatible with the testing of various component products, and can directly generate test reports that meet different testing requirements. It stores individual independent data and has functions such as querying by following the previous methods of batch searching in multiple grouped data.
It has a unique horizontal and vertical integrated design, which simultaneously enables the horizontal 180° peel strength test and the vertical solar cell bending test.
The vertical testing module can be used for tests such as tension, compression, and bending of finished batteries or materials.
It complies with the national standards of GB/T16491-2009, GB/T16491-96, and JB/T17797-95.
