The system is mainly used for evaluating the cross-linking degree of EVA and the material properties, including:
Physical properties such as flexibility, impact resistance, elasticity, and optical transparency;
Environmental stability such as weather resistance, chemical resistance, and heat-sealing performance.
1、Main Frame: The frame is made of 1.0mm thick Masteel first-class cold-rolled galvanized steel plate, which is pickled, phosphated, and coated with external epoxy resin high-voltage electrostatic powder;
2、Inner liners: The solid core anti-compact board has good anti-corrosion and chemical resistance. The deflector fixing parts are made of PP high-quality material for one-piece molding;
3、Moving the window: 5mm high-quality tempered glass, the door opening height is 700mm, free lifting, the sliding door up and down sliding device adopts the elevator counterweight structure, stepless arbitrary stay, and the sliding door guide is composed of corrosion-resistant polyvinyl chloride material. The sliding door handle is made of PP integral molding, next to the sliding door is a chemically resistant plastic wrap, and the opening and closing of the sliding door is equipped with a rubber buffer device;
