Grid Line Height and Measurement Functionality: The number of profile lines within a single field of view can be adjusted to no fewer than 12. Height and width data are automatically calculated, along with the aspect ratio. Additionally, a feature is provided for end users to input nominal values for the aspect ratio, enabling automatic OK/NG determination based on these nominal values.
Automatic Grid Line Area Division Function: This feature can automatically outline the edges of the grid lines and calculate parameters such as the area and volume of the grid line region.
